The most typical question we get is "what do we get?" The answer is - You get a pretty comprehensive package that includes everything you need from the time you arrive to the time they lights come on at the end of the night.

• Pre-recorded music for cocktail hour and dinner. You just let us know the style you want and we'll play it. You can also provide your own music for us to play.
   
• Use of a wireless microphone for toasts, dinner blessing, speeches, etc.
• We'll do all the announcing of the wedding party, special dances and events and work with you to keep things on track.
• We'll do our best to source the music for special dances, events, and any breaks we take. You just let us know the song title and artist and we'll let you know if we have it.
• We provide the sound system and appropriate lighting for the performance area and dance floor.
• Performance lengths vary and depend on your plans, but typically we'll perform between 2 - 3 1/2 hours and generally do 2 -3 sets with 10-15 minute breaks after each set. This allows the opportunity to play favorites of songs we don't perform. Again, we generally have the songs you're looking for. Just let us know.
• After the performance, provided the venue doesn't turn on the lights and start breaking things down, we'll turn the pre-recorded music back on for a few songs while we change and put the instruments away. This allows things to wind down slowly versus an abrupt end to the night. We're generally out the door about an hour after our last note.

• You can e-mail us HERE to make a general inquiry. We'll get back to you with a notional quote. The more details you can give us the better, but we understand you may not be completely sure at this time.
• If you're interested in moving forward we'll start with a phone call to get more specific details so the pricing can be firmed up. 
• Next we'll send you to the contract information page where you can let us know the details for the contract
• Within a few days a contract will be emailed to you in an adobe acrobat (pdf) file. You will mail the contract and deposit to us. We'll email you back a fully executed contract and confirmation that the deposit has been paid. The date is now officially booked.
• Generally 90 days or so away we'll be in contact through email to plan the itinerary. We use an online document so both of us can work on the plan. The itinerary document will allow you to let us know what songs you want us to perform as well as play for events such as dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.
